Before defining our organisational model, we considered it essential to embrace a new way of being, a more human approach to the firm’s vision and life, which focuses its attention on the importance of people.
Our approach seeks to resolve the issues of conflict, divergent objectives and strategic myopia by overcoming division. We consider our firm a single entity (single-function, single-department, single-process) where each individual is called to perform their specific task, collaborating in synergy and harmony rather than in competition with others.
In order to overcome the limits of traditional organisational models, we abandoned the concept of dividing (separation, distancing) and decided to promote coinciding (uniting, embracing). For us, this concept is not just a catchy slogan. It deeply permeates our work culture and inspires the daily interactions of our professionals, collaborators and employees.
